Paul VI decidedly goes against what the majority thought. In fact, when you read human abté, it breeds like the majority report until you get to paragraph 12. That's where he says that the unitive and procreative aspects of the conjugal act are simply inseparable. This sort of anticipates Joseph Ratzinger's biblical understanding of biblical inspiration.
