Breathing in the Belly

This is a breath work practice that leads to a state of mindfulness, rather than a mindfulness practice itself. Breathing in through the nose and either out through the nose or the mouth. The mind drifts off as it naturally may mus bring it back to the chimesreathing out as they go downn again as they go if you like. You can try breathing a little more into the belly than into the top of the chestperhelps. And there's nothing to do except following the chimes.
