All of the listeners, let's just go down, find a ball of light, about two feet underneath your feet and just say hello to that ball of light. She says thank you for grounding me; then breathe up one intentional breath to pull up nourishment, strength, stability, groundedness from the earth. Then exhale, gratitude back into that spot. Just like, it's just a nice exchange. Yeah. It's really simple when it comes down to it.
