Is There One Single Answer to Diversity?
There are a number of variables that need to fall into place for us to tackle this issues. I feel like no one actually listens or watches us as players because they just feel like okay cool you haven't had any academy training before and it's important we tackle it. i'm looking at some of the wsl teams and for example i look at red and they've got one black player and for me i'm like we want more so we can look some of the teams do it brilliantly don't get me wrong but i think maybe then we how can we support those teams that don't have that diversity is the things that maybe we can be doing better within the clubs.
