Real estate investment trusts should be an exciting product for most investors, but i hardly hear any investors actually investing in them. So why should we focus in on reats, as they're called, and what are some of the ways to identify the best ones? You canch, i think, earn higher returns when you own the physical property than you can buying it through a reat. But you have to do more stuff for it. N there's more upkeep for that. My personal thing is, like, i want realistic exposure, but i don't want to deal with it. That's kind of my thing.
