The Politicians Aren't the Smartest People in the Room

LZ Granderson: Grass roots advocacy is probably the most robust and effective democratic tool we have. He says political leaders forget what their role is in that equation, right? Their rule is not to be the smartest people in the room,. That's not their role. They're kind of work i deocracy. And so at the end of the day, ou know, we kind of treat residence as lik and user of sorts, rather than the actual fundamental foundation of how democracy is supposed to operate.
