Loss and Damage Is a New Phenomenon
Government action is going to be crucial because there has been none so far. Under the Paris agreement governments have agreed to do something about loss and damage not specifically what but since that agreement in 2015 nothing has happened on loss and damage. The people who are suffering the impacts need to be given some sort of funding to recover from those impacts that's what we are demanding right. Over the next two weeks over 200 countries where there's hundreds of billions of dollars worth of money to be talked about will moral outrage be enough?
