When people lose, when men lose, the women are not like this. When women tap out, so they have a phone and they call for the helicopter, the boat to come get them because they can't do it anymore. And that anger is masking the sadness. Sadness is the scariest thing in the world to us but enmeshed in that sadness is self-compassion.
