How to Prioritize Your Product Features

A lot of startups have one client or two clients early on that are telling them what to add to the product. What they end up doing is building a lot of stuff that doesn't solve the problem for the client. That is the death knoll of an emerging company. And often what happens is that feature that no one really cares about and it makes your product complicated is handed over to marketing.
