Global Supply Chains for Clean Energy Are Going to Be More Expensive
If you're building a wafer facility in the US for example that we estimate it's going to be about three times more expensive than building it in China today. What won't necessarily catch up with China will be the cost of running that facility so you're going to end up with facilities and factories producing clean energy technologies generally speaking at a higher cost. The big question is government ready to move away from that least cost economic way of figuring out what the energy transition to price tag is going to be and facing up to the real challenges involved in making that shift.
