Is Panpsychism a Miracle?

The world is fundamentally physical. How does that explain, how do we have this particular conscious experience instead of some other experience? Well, it doesn't, because physicalism is just a metaphysical thesis about the natural world and what consciousness is. So they both seem to be kind of counting it as a strike against panpsychism that it doesn't help with the easy problems when it wasn't intended to. The aim of panpsychism is to solve the hard problem, not the easy problems. It has nothing to say about those.
