It is made in a specific region of italy. And so most of what is sold as parmesan in America is not parmesano Regiano. E, ah, yes, i saw that you had this in the outline, and i wanted to shake your faith in our food system even more. I'm just seeing this in the outlines already. But yes, this is awful.
