If businesses aren't going to open, if things are delayed, that means the economy's recovery could also be delayed. I think now the posture very much is that we have a fed put and people are operating as such. People in the market have now seen that the only thing that has appreciated during this most catastrophic of time has been assets. And i think they're going to continue to demploy capital as such.
