Aura might actually be better than gold when I've been patient to nomadry. Why don't you just do it for every patient as part of your routine practice is at the cost. It's a large device and it takes up a lot more space than a gold pen to nomad it does. The hysteresis of the cornea changes more than the thickness of the corneal does so there are uncertainties about how often you might need to measure it.
