SaaS Companies Are Increasing Customer Value and Cost to Acquire
Stitch Fix is the opposite of that. Cause clients as they call them end up spending on average less than half in the second year of what they spent in the first year. And then it continues to decline from there. So they're having to constantly refill the funnel with new folks. It looks more like a traditional business where they saturate a core market and then it gets harder to acquire more people over time.
