The company has created automated messaging systems on Instagram DM Facebook Messenger WhatsApp and SMS. To this point we've now sent over 20 million messages on these channels so that's given us a really good data set to understand like what actually drives revenue how do we generate leads here? And then the third piece of that is just being able to get back to people getting them on your list and just serving them at the deepest levelSo long story short that's what we do in those four platforms and it was a very like jump off the cliff and figure it out later kind of situation but you know it was a bet that paid off.
