If you're not getting out the results that you feel like you should get out of your channel, chances are there's a 100% chance that it's something that you need to do better or fake. So if you can have that level of self-awareness to sit down, look at your analytics, figure out who your target audience is because that's another thing that she said, she needs to find out who is she trying to talk to.
