The Importance of Hiring Best Practice in Private Equity

I help companies do basically two things. One is for newly acquired private equity firms, I'm sorry, private equity backed businesses to figure out where are we going to take this thing? Just a generic articulation of things that in private equity land are referred to as the vision, the strategy in the value creation plan for business. Once they're clear on that, the work that I then do with them is about figuring out who do we need a board to make this winning future happen.
