i try, probably 90 % of the time, to have dinner be as early as it can be. If i feel like i'm hungry, that is intel for me to make better decisions with my meals so that they satisfy me for longer. It's ok to feel a little hunger. We are addicted to feeling comfortable. And we really dislike feeling uncomfortable. So write down everything you eat, no matter what, no exception. Start bat to day. Do not underestimate how helpful that is.
