How to Build a Top Down Business Plan
Most companies build a top down business plan. My suggestion here is that you take that top down plan and marry it with a bottoms up plan. Look at your month and look how you're trending. And i believe in this as a truism, there's two reasons you made or missed your quota. If the answers no, then you probably didn't execute on the sale side very well. You didn't succeed at the way you wanted to. So those five suggestions are the five things not on the slides here that i want to go through of ideas I had for airar.
