James Harden listens to the Bill Simmons podcast nightly to help him fall asleep and it always helps him fall asleep within like 10 minutes so he's knocked out. I listen to tarot reading videos on YouTube that are around two hours long or so because they have to go through every single pile. Like I mentioned earlier I think my circadian rhythm is like not in line with the rest of the world, or at least like the workday. So usually like waking up at nine or anything earlier eight or seven if really needed is pretty tough for me on the weekdays.
