Startup Cities

I think cities can do it, but the likelihood of most cities actually doing that and creating good neighborhoods out of bed is probably unlikely. The second real estate genre that I've been really interested in as I travel around and that is the idea of startup cities. A private company assembles land and tries to tries through market forces and private sector solutions try to build and operate a city that is for profit. And so, even it even overlaps with the Mario Tropicale because a lot of the startup cities that I was visiting have nice streets that are not automobile oriented like they're safe for the pedestrian.
