The new deal negotiated by the union leaders agreed to let workers take off three days a year for medical appointments. But those appointments have to be scheduled at least 30 days in advance, and only on tuesdays, wednesdays and thursdays. Workers interviewed by houston's star telegram newspaper were not happy about that. They're arguing that they will now have to basically predict 30 days out when they'll be sick,.
