Anyways, i'm pretty sure he works in silacon valley, but he wrote this really awesome book. He's a cognitive therapist specializing in a dhd. And one of the things that he talks about in the beginning of the book is ring out your strength and weaknesses in your areas of executive function. After this quick little test, you just kind of intuitively know, your ligl drag meor your liorcam, not so bad in that areum.
