How to Configure a Node Wrapper and Browser Wrapper for Your Browser App

In closure script or in shadow c ljs we first would configure our builds so what's the story here right. You can just use the build in node wrapper and browser wrapper and just get things running just like enclosure but for the browser there are many more parts that all need to play together. It makes more sense to run a separate build and then use the wrapper for that build instead of the generic browser repo which doesn't have any css or any of the fonts or whatever else you want to use on your app.
