How Do Human Beings Make Decisions?

In any situation where you're faced with different options, yet there's lots of background stuff that's going to kick the process er to operate. So i have a stronger preference for it, so i assign a greater value to it. That's effectively that. I mean, you can add layers of complexity to that, because you look at the way people might be inconsistent and what explains their inconsistencies and so on. But generally, that's basic process.
