James's Call to Care for Orphans and Widows

Next week we're kicking off a new sermon series. For the next several weeks we're just going to focus on Jesus. But I wanted us to take us back, probably because I was convicted by James's call to care for orphans and widows last week. So let's read it. If anyone thinks he's religious and does not bridle his tongue, he deceives his heart. This person's religion is worthless. Religion that is pure and undefiled before God will visit orphans and widow in their affliction.
