CNN's John Sutter says he knew legacy students at Stanford when he was a grad student. The presence of that person is not fair if you're going to be more stringent with the Blatch and Latino students, writes Sutter. If Harvard wanted to ignore the ruling, it could by not taking any taxpayer money, said Sutter. "There's such an I already there because there's no diversity"
