Rick: For us what's really important is partnering with transformation like you'll never hear us say disrupt i think disrupt is a word that alludes to value destruction. We're always consistently meeting with founders more meeting with a lot of ACs but we find that if we can bridge that divide the kind of old world or the asset-based world of this industry and bring it together with some of the folks that we know on the technology and innovation side we find that that's where really magical things can happen, he says.
