The visitors knew damn well what would happen that a they would reveal themselves and b we would the military would keep it secret because they intended from the beginning. They were into injecting themselves into our historical stream at times very carefully then after the atomic bomb they decide we got to do something more radical here. A real relationship has to be developed and this is going to take time but we have to start somewhere and we have to control it.
