Why the Germans Abstain?
Germany has its own laws in place whereby almost all platform workers and employees in Germany as it stands. You would think that you would see this as a natural extension of what they already have in place in Germany. It's not clear what the German position is, whether it's going to change, why they abstained. A lot of this stuff is very mucky because the Germans abstain on it.
