Go on a Hike

This week has been one of the best wekons i've had in a while. I'd encourage everybody to to do this if you get the chance. Go out, whether it's by yourself, with your significant other, with your family, whatever it is,. Just go outside, go on a little hiking trail. It doesn't have to be anything extreme. Even if it's cold, throw on, you know, a jacket and and go enjoy nature.
