I think that there's a very strong tendency for these things to be a bit self-serving, almost as a shortcut for putting in the hard work to actually get to know somebody. And I totally understand that point of view and I kind of resonated with it for a really long time. It would be like if you were in a reality show and your reality show Readme is I'm not here to make friends.
