i find it really difficult in organizations where you go into a business and ever on slake, hey, they're a high performer, but they're a jerk. They are causing infinitely more damage than the value you see. We do a values interview as part of our hiring presses. Our values interviews have veto rights. So when we normally spot the the hily intelligent, like best engineer we've ever met, absolute jerk, they do not get hired. That values intervew will call out those behaviors,. Because we know that a positive employee can positively impact lots of people. A negative employee has the same impact, just negative.
