The Smart Goal Formula for ADHD
With ADHD, we cannot be vague. Vague is like giving our brain this fast pass to distraction. If it's not fully locked in and engaged, if there's questions around the goal, the brain will just go right off the rails. It doesn't engage the brain. An example of being too vague is would be my goal is to get in better shape. And that's true. But now I can use this and apply it to other goals in my life.
