Always been really big in a weightlifting played football and basically new in bodybuilding for 15 years at this point. And turns out I feel good doing those things because they raise something called BDNF brain derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) That's what lets your brain grow new brain cells,. grow new ones strength and existing ones and kind of rewire your brain to be more malleable or adaptable through process called neuroplasticity.
