The Importance of Bringing the Team Along for the Transition

The first time we broached this topic, I think that individual contributors really wanted to appear to be on board. But as we continue to like create space to ask the question, people slowly, but surely began to kind of take a step into the dark and go, well, you know, I have some concerns. And that's created some real great conversations and points that I've maybe not considered. We're all learning as we go. It's important to bring the team along for the journey because they've got insights and perspectives that I might not even be aware of.
