What Happens When a Company Fails?

At 29, you have a failure of some sort and now try to figure out what the next step is. So take me through. What happens at 29? Is that the first time you start going inward and growing)? And talk to me about what happens directly after, because of someone's listening. How did you determine what was next when the company failed? I'm in these situations around friends where there's a lot of drugs and alcohol, and i should probably just remove myself from the situation. That's a hard look, right?
