The 12th Person Named in the Janelle Murder Case
Stephen Cochran was one of many who voluntarily provided his fingerprints to police. His prints actually matched one of the sets of prints found on the black sheet that covered Janelle. Andrew Rowe was a temporary resident who'd come from New Zealand, and seemed to have very few friends on the island. Several residents reported seeing him in the area around the time of Janelle's disappearance acting strangely. He insisted he didn't know Janelle and had never seen her before in his life.
