Stocks and Bonds - Is There an Alternative?
i think a non trivial chance that the s and p early last year made a top for the balance of the year. Risk has returned to risk assets as the fundamental backdrop is eroding at a time in which stocks have rallied dramatically. The differential between the yield on stocks and the yield on bonds, rand exists today, is uncomfortably wide. In my view, the available opportunity set six weeks ago, is likely come and gone, and we have gong to see a higher tam of volatility.
