Cromwell's Uprising

After penrudock's uprising, cromwell felt not a little bit betrayed by the extent of its support. So he turned on spain and launched a surprise attack on their colonial holdings in the new world. But before we get into that, we have to turn our attention briefly to one of the few out and out boon doggles of cromwell's career, the so called western design.
