Tony Romo: Think about what your goals are as a real estate investor, because that's going to play a big factor in how you make some of those subsequent decisions. If your goal is to quit your job today, tax benefits per se aren't really going to help you as much, right? You want cash flow, you want profits. So I think think about what your goal is, what your strategy is, and that kind of helps you identify what market you should be going into.
