Do You Cold Call Prospects or Customers?
No, we do not do any type of cold outbound. We don't even do like assumed intent data outbound where we get accounts that have been on our website or search something and cold call them. And the reason that we don't do it is because we very clearly understand how our customer wants to buy. If you asked 100 CEOs, CFOs, CROs, CMOs, "How do you want to research, discover, and buy products?" zero percent would answer affirmatively.
