Will Pragoshin Decide He Can't Stay on the Fence?
If we see some kind of alliance there, that's when things begin to look interesting and indeed worrying. Zolotov in charge of the National Guard, who still have forces in Ukraine, Pragoshin in charge of Wagner. But more generally, I think the regional elites are very much trying as far as possible to basically do their job, keep Moscow happy without really attracting too much attention. Is that going to be a viable long-term strategy for them? I really don't think it is.
