The Right to Rome Campaign

The right to Rome campaign is calling for responsible access to Greenbelt, Land, Waterways and Woodland. William the Conqueror came over and started to enclose these great swathes of what we used to call common land. Common lands effectively used to be the welfare state before a welfare state was necessary. In two words I guess it's hierarchy and hunting. So you no longer had the right to subsist of your local natural resource. You were forcibly expelled and evicted and excluded from nature. As time went on that became ratified by a new kind of profession of land surveyors and lawyers and suddenly the land became more of an investment. These days we've just been born into a
