Practice Your Sales Process, Your Sales Language
You will be so much more confident if you practise your sales process. For practice, i think it's important that you facilitate a good environment for practice. You should contectualize it by saying, this is a place to screw up. This is one of we want to try new things. In sales, you got your brain in your mouth. That's all you need. And so i'm a fan of managers, and what i want them to practise and demonstrate and practising is they can screw up too. They can screw so i try to do this. Ah, i'll speak to the managers this time.
