Chess Cheating - Is Neiman Cheating?

After the loss, Magnus Carlson sent a cryptic tweet accusing Neiman of cheating without directly saying so. Nielsen had admitted to cheating in the past on two different occasions and then chess.com was the world's top-on-the-res chess site. According to his analytics, nothing stood out so much that could have been called obvious cheating. So yeah, that kind of blows away even the potential of a human really achieving that.
