If you can dictate in the room, when some places have the ability where you can use dragon through your phone and that can go directly into your chart. If there is anything that you are freetexting, either typing or speaking into voice wreck, if you are free texting it more than twice a month, youre saying the same thing. Big fan of the paper, because, as my friend bob sample says, paper remembers. People forget. And doing it on paper help me stay organize and also prioritize what i was doing.
