The Difference Between Using the Bible as an American and Applying It as an American

There's a difference between interpreting the Bible as an American and applying it as an American. Romans 13 has a different application, I think, in an American context than it does in Cuba. There are hills I will die on, but I'm not going to kill on. And what I mean by that is I'm not un-Christian somebody for. But that is a really common one as both of us know, because there's tons of alignment on so many issues.
