The Importance of AI in Compensation
The issue with AI is I know that some people feel that that's the most important issue. But if we got the AI thing and we got nothing else in this thing, we'd still be in a terrible shape. It may be writing TV shows and movies if we don't draw this line right here and now. The AI programs, they work in a different way than that. It's not just learning from what you're writing in it. It is it's doing something which is called scraping. And that's so it's not just from you. It does it on its own.
